Now that Elon has cracked down on the API and made tools like debirdify not work, @scafaria has created Whosum, a browser extension to help make your social graph more portable. It currently "records" your Twitter connections and then highlights those on Mastodon all in your browser (not on some server somewhere). https://whosum.com/

Rapper #Afroman had his Ohio home raided by the Adams County Sheriff's Office in 2022. He has created a song, called "Will You Help Me Repair My Door," about the incident. In the video for the song, he uses clips from his own security cameras along with shots of official documents like the search warrant. The PoPo also stole $400 which is also shown in the video...before the cops cut the feed.
